Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important to Useappility. For that reason, Useappility does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally identifiable information from users under 13 years of age, other than as permitted by law in support of the internal operations.
Running Noah has a public leader board option where a child’s nickname (screen name) along with their high score can be published following their request. Useappility will ask for a verifiable duly completed and signed Parental Consent Form before publishing a child's nickname (screen name) to the public leader board with their high score.
Useappility might collect an e-mail address and nickname (screen name) from a child under 13 without parental consent, but only in the following special cases:
